Hi, my name is Joysha Fajardo
and I'm a photographer.

I remember winning the Most Creative Award in Kindergarten. Whenever I think of this award, I remember a drawing of an orange carrot. It might have been why I won the award but I don't know what was so creative about that vegetable. Sometimes I feel like a frustrated chef so I may have taken food seriously. Since my culinary skills are not that great, photographing my food became my way of examining what makes them beautifully delicious.
It has brought creativity in to my edible world.

Besides food, interior spaces and unexpected moments lift my eyelids to capture them. When time permits, I take my camera(s) out for a walk or a ride to diversify my creative juices. Someday, I would like to travel more often to taste all the spices on my plate. Until then, you can usually find me behind the camera or at j2fajardo@gmail.com

Other places you may have seen photographs I have taken were for Langston Hugh's Spinderella: A Motown Story and in Dorothy Cordova's book called Filipinos in the Puget Sound
